Titanium’s supplier mentorship program announcement

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Orange Lab Media as our first supplier mentee into Titanium’s Supplier Mentorship Program. This inaugural year focuses on black-owned businesses.  Co-founded by Keel Russell and Patrick Senior, Orange Lab Media is a boutique creative marketing agency that provides brand management solutions.  They are a certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise), BBE (Black Business Enterprise) and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB) business with over 20 years of combined experience in brand & web development, promotional products, global incentive programs, and company e-stores.  

Our Supplier Mentorship Program is a six month-long, mentee-led effort, specifically tailored to the needs of the selected business.  The mentee is carefully paired with subject matter experts from Titanium’s members for sessions in which the mentee receives goal-oriented direction, content, support, and advice designed to take its business to the next level.  

Titanium will be mentoring Orange Lab Media in the areas of business development, sales growth strategies, global scalability and team building.  Experts from Titanium’s member partners at Proximo, Alom, The Mixx, Firefly, 2ndSpark and Levelwing (among others) will be coaching them along this journey.
