Do you need more diversity at your work? Our downloadable Diversity & Inclusion Toolkit for Business is now available.

Can you imagine a world where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is contributing to the happiness and well-being of all people?  At Titanium, this is our goal.  For the past seven years (and some of us longer), we have helped brands learn how to come from a place where diversity and inclusion are reflected in all that they say and do, and it becomes a way of being for them, just like it is for us.  However, we no longer want to limit this knowledge to our client base; we are here to help you do it, too.  Available for free download on our website HERE, our user-friendly toolkit is designed for businesses looking to incorporate diversity and inclusion in their workplace.

This toolkit will address the difficult questions surrounding diversity and inclusion that we are all facing in business today with straightforward, actionable insights geared towards making small steps that lead to long-term change.  The toolkit starts out by giving some of the basics like, “the difference between diversity and inclusion.”  It has statistics that prove why organizations should be making diversity and inclusion a priority.  Then it moves onto a quiz that identifies the diverseness of your organization and how this toolkit is able to guide you along your journey.

The majority of the toolkit outlines the basic steps for putting diversity and inclusion strategies into action at your own workplace.  Some of the tactics you will learn include: “how to diversify your leadership team,” “the inclusive hiring process” and “tracking metrics.”  The importance of a diversity and inclusion mission statement is also expressed along with some excellent examples from top companies such as Apple, Amazon, and Johnson & Johnson.

That is enough explaining from me, go on and see for yourself how this toolkit could serve your organization.  However, if you already know all of the basics for being diverse and inclusive, but want help implementing these practices for your brand, then we should talk.  Nothing thrills us more than working with partners who want to have these deeper and meaningful conversations, ones that lead to the important work that needs to be done in order to make real change happen.  We are available anytime at robyn.streisand@titaniumww.com
